This Privacy Statement ("Privacy Statement") explains the types of information we may collect from Users or that End Users may provide when visiting the Site and/or using the Services. This Privacy Statement also describes iFactFind's practices for collecting, using, maintaining, and processing information.

The appropriate data processing contractual terms have been entered into between the Customer and iFactFind in connection with the User Personal Data.

Notwithstanding the previous section, iFactFind will be the data controller of certain information provided by a User directly to iFactFind and certain analytical information that iFactFind may collect about each User's use of the Site.
