Please carefully review the terms and conditions outlined below ("Terms of Use"), which govern your access to and use of the iFactFind online software platform, located at https://ifactfind.io ("Website"), and all associated services provided by iFactFind ("Platform"). The Platform is operated by iFactFind, headquartered in Ireland.
By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you understand, accept, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. iFactFind reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, with amendments taking effect upon posting on the Website. “Organisation” refers to any business entity that subscribes to the Platform.

1. Acceptance By accessing the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform.
2. Services Provided: The Platform allows Users and Organisations to manage financial services more efficiently, including data storage, client management, and workflow enhancements.
3. User Accounts: To access certain features of the Platform, you must create a User Account by providing accurate and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
4. Organisation Accounts: Organisations can create multiple User Accounts. The Organisation is responsible for all actions taken through these accounts.
5. License: iFactFind grants you a limited, revocable license to use the Platform. By uploading content, you grant iFactFind a corresponding license to use your content as detailed in Clause
6. Fees: Organisations are required to pay fees for using the Platform. These fees are detailed in each Organisation's subscription agreement.
7. Compliance and Conduct: You are responsible for using the Platform in a lawful manner and for ensuring all content you upload complies with applicable laws.
8. Ownership and Restrictions: : iFactFind retains all rights to the Platform's intellectual property. You are granted a limited right to use the Platform as outlined in these Terms.
9. Privacy: iFactFind is committed to protecting the privacy of its Users in line with the GDPR. Personal Information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes and Downtime: iFactFind reserves the right to modify the Platform and will not be liable for any downtime or changes to the service.
11. Account Cancellation: Both Users and iFactFind can terminate the account under specified conditions. Upon termination, certain obligations may still persist.
12. Jurisdiction: These Terms of Use are governed by Irish law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
13. Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between iFactFind and its Users concerning the Platform.
